Kanao barely managed to free herself by cutting off Aogami's arm. Then, she breathed in, preparing for an attack. Aogami was confident that he can easily win against Kanao.
"Breathing of Flower, Third Form: Full Sky Cherry Blossom!!" Kanao tried to give Aogami a barrage of slashes, but Aogami pushed her away using his ability, persumably telekinesis.
"Blood Demon Art: Void Repelling Wave." The Blood Demon Art of Aogami was to repel anything that approach him.
"(The force of his repulsion is strong.)" Kanao thought. "(However, he can't defeat me if he just keeps on repelling me.)"
Kanao dashed towards Aogami again, just to get pushed back by the invisible wave of energy shot by Aogami's hand. Kanao realized that she needed to somehow cut off his arms in order to make him unable to use repulsion.
"Breathing of Flower, Second Form: Honorable Shadow Plum!!" Kanao cut down all of the trees around Aogami and made them fall onto him.
"No use!!!" Aogami repelled all of the trees. However, the tree attack was a feint and the real attack came from Kanao herself.
"Breathing of Flower, Fourth Form: Crimson Hanagoromo!!" Kanao tried to behead Aogami, but Aogami read through her plan and dodged, so only a scratch was made on his neck.
"That was close..." Aogami prepared to make a move. "It'd be impolite to not use my true strength against you."
"(This demon was able to pull me towards him, not only push...)" Kanao thought. "(Then, that attack must be coming!!)"
"Blood Demon Art: Void Pulling Hand." Kanao was forcefully pulled towards Aogami.
Kanao tried her best not to get pulled by the demon. Still, she was not able to resist the powerful pulling strength. Soon, she was flung towards Aogami.
"Die!!!" Aogami tried to kill Kanao, who was pulled right in front of him, but Kanao dodged the attack slightly and got her shoulder penetrated.
"Tch!!" Aogami used his strength of pushing the opponent again, sending Kanao flying.
Kanao used a tree as a stepping stone to jump towards Aogami. Still, she was helplessly pushed away by the void wave of the demon. She tried more attempts again and again, but the same thing happened.
"(I must wait until he pulls me again...)" Kanao thought. "(Or else, I cannot approach him...)"
Soon, Aogami started to pick up stones and started to use his repulsion ability to fire the stones like bullets. Kanao cut down all of them. Aogami fired a boulder, but the same thing happened.
"Dammit!!! Come here!!!" Aogami used his attraction ability to pull Kanao towards him. Kanao was waiting for this moment. She immediately breathed in and swung her sword.
"Breathing of Flower, First Form: Red Lotus!!" Kanao swiftly beheaded Aogami.
"Wha-" Aogami dropped dead.
Kanao dashed towards the peak of the mountain as soon as she defeated Aogami. Soon, she faced Wakuraba, the boss of the island. The fight against the final boss was just about to begin.
Meanwhile, Zenitsu and Inosuke were struggling against the giant Oogumi. Oogumi's single punch was strong enough to blow off multiple trees and create a massive pit on the ground, so the demon slayers were not able to block the attacks. They dodged and dodged, then jumped up to the neck of Oogumi.
"Breathing of Thunder, First Form: Thunderclap and Flash!!"
"Breathing of Beast, Second Fang: Slice!!!"
The slashes of both Zenitsu and Inosuke reached Oogumi's neck. However, the neck was too thick to cut off. None of their attacks worked, and Oogumi swatted both of them away.
"(He's... strong...)" Inosuke coughed up blood.
Oogumi smashed the ground again. Inosuke and Zenitsu dodged the smash, but failed to dodge the after - impact and were sent flying and crashing onto a tree. Oogumi lost track of them because they were sent flying way too far, though.
"Hey, Zenimaru!!" Inosuke called.
"What?" Zenitsu asked.
"Let's cut off the giant's legs first to make him fall down!! Then, we take our time to saw off his head!!" Inosuke suggested.
"Going by a strategy... This isn't like you, Inosuke, but alright." Zenitsu agreed.
"No matter where you bastards are hiding, I will find you and kill you!!!!" Oogumi shouted.
"Tch, he's here. Let's go!!" Zenitsu stepped out of the forest.
"Breathing of Beast, Second Fang: Slice!!"
"Breathing of Thunder, First Form: Thunderclap and Flash!!"
The two demon slayers successfully managed to cut off Oogumi's legs. Oogumi fell down and was not able to stand up. Zenitsu and Insouke slashed Oogumi's neck again and again.
"Breathing of Beast, Sixth Form: Palisade Bite!!"
"Breathing of Thunder, First Form: Thunderclap and Flash - Sixfold!!!"
"Dammit!!!" Finally, Oogumi's head was cut off by consecutive attacks of Zenitsu and Inosuke. Now, they only had one thing left to do. That was to reach the boss of the island Wakuraba as fast as they can.
"(Stand up... Stand up...)" Meanwhile, Tanjiro was struggling to stand up after using up all his stamina and getting severely injured. "(Please... stand up...!!!)"
Nezuko, who completely healed from the damage she got from Shirashini, carried Tanjiro and walked away from the peak. Tanjiro wanted to reach the peak of the mountain, but he was getting carried towards somwhere opposite. He was not able to stand this.
"Nezuko!!! Let me go!!!" Tanjiro shouted, but Nezuko did not listen. "Nezuko!!!"
Nezuko kept on carrying Tanjiro away from the battlefield. She knew that if he fought more than this, he really would die. Tanjiro also knew that Nezuko was acting for the sake of his life. Still, he was not able to stand the fact that he was not able to help others out anymore.
"(Why am I so powerless...?!)" Tanjiro gritted his teeth. "(If only I was strong enough to help out others...!!!)"
Kanao faced Wakuraba, the boss of the island. Kanao prepared to fight against one of the Twelve Kizuki. She was extremely nervous, since it was the first time she was going up against a Twelve Kizuki member.
"Let's fight somewhere else." Wakuraba suggested. "I have a perfect place to eliminate you."
