The first course kicks off with your choice of aDaisies starter like the Potted Carrots with gnocco fritto, followed by two courses of Chef Joe Frillman’s handmade vegetable-focused pasta. Choices for pasta range from the Agnolotti with beets and smoked trout roe, Pierogi with mussels, Stracci with lamb sugo and more. Untitled offers up a choice between East Coast Oysters or a Lemon Caesar Salad for their second course, the latter packed with little gem lettuce, garlic croutons, crispy parmesan and lemon caesar dressing.
