    As with all Nike Free versions, this shoe has very little support. For me, this is a plus. The primary difference I notice between this version and the one before it is that the upper is a bit more stretchy. This makes it more comfortable but also makes it more difficult to run fast. If I'm trying to do a tempo but don't want to wear flats I go with the previous version, but these are my go-to for recovery and easy runs.

    Been running in Nike Frees for a while. My only issue with them is how many rocks get stuck in the bottom of my shoes
