SALES
Our sales employees help our business be the bestselling organization by driving performance, identifying best practices, increasing efficiencies and improving existing processes while always prioritizing the needs of our customers. We have two types of sales roles – Inside Sales and Field Sales. Our Inside Sales employees support our Call Center and provide support to our businesses by collaborating with sales leadership to improve field sales through the standardization of processes, communication, reporting and technology solutions. Our Field Sales employees are responsible for representing the brands sold in their local markets, maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers and being the Consultant of Choice for our retail partners. They ensure product freshness, educate customers on new product offerings and assist the customer with placing the perfect order while always striving to be the best in the industry.
Sales roles include Inside Sales Representative, Field Sales Representative, Account Manager, Brand Manager, On/Off-Premise Manager, etc.
- WAREHOUSE
WAREHOUSE
Our hardworking warehouse employees make sure our product gets in and out of our warehouses in a timely manner. They are responsible for ensuring our customers receive their product accurately with the greatest quality. Warehouse workers often operate heavy machinery, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, to unload deliveries from our suppliers, rotate stock, build customer orders and load our trucks for delivery while always maintaining a safe work environment.
Warehouse roles include Warehouse Worker, Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Manager, Operations Manager, etc.
- DELIVERY
DELIVERY DRIVERS
Our fleet of experienced and professional delivery drivers pick up preloaded trucks from our warehouses and deliver products to our customers in a safe and timely manner. Their routes are predetermined by our Logistics Team who coordinate the timing and schedule of our delivery routes based on our customers’ needs. Through excellent customer service, strict compliance with state and DOT regulations, and adherence to the Reyes Beverage Group safety guidelines, our Delivery Team makes sure our customers receive accurate orders on time, every time.
Driver/Delivery Team roles include Class A/B Driver, Class C Driver, Driver Trainee, Associate Driver, Delivery Supervisor, Delivery Manager, etc.
- MERCHANDISING
MERCHANDISING
Our Merchandising Team ensures our products are up to date, our brands are well represented and our presence stands out in the marketplace. Merchandisers travel to accounts along their route to help unload, restock, rotate and build displays. They work alongside our Sales and Delivery teams to provide the best customer service to every customer account.
Merchandising roles include Merchandiser, Lead Merchandiser, Merchandising Supervisor, etc.

MARKETING
Our Marketing employees are the bridge between our Sales team and suppliers, and partner with them to ensure flawless execution in the marketplace. They are responsible for enhancing supplier relationships through development and communication, planning special events and customer contact, assisting with inventory management and communicating supplier marketing plans and strategies to Sales and Delivery teams.
Marketing roles include Brand Manager, Marketing Director, etc.

BUSINESS MANAGEMENT & SERVICES
While most of our employees work in our distribution centers and out in the field promoting our brands and delivering and merchandising our products, we also have a talented team of office-based employees who help ensure our businesses run smoothly. Whether it’s Purchasing, Accounting, IT, Logistics, Creative, Corporate Affairs or Human Resources, our teams are always working behind the scenes to ensure we meet our goals, move our strategy forward and provide the tools and resources needed to run an efficient and successful business.
Business Management and Services roles include Human Resources Coordinator/Manager, Financial Analyst, Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable, Technical Support, Graphic Artist, Logistics Analyst, etc.

ROB FISCHER: What I like most working here at Reyes Beer Division are the people and the culture and the team. And what we do. You know, we put smiles on people’s faces. That’s our job. It’s beer, and we love it.
MARCO TREJO: I love it here. I barely take any vacation because I love being here. It’s just the rushedness, the competitive, the numbers. I handle inventory, so it’s my job, duty to keep the beer rotating. To count certain sections of the back stock and the main picks.
JUAN OLIVARES: It’s not only a job, it’s my second home. I like the way leadership and the co-workers are with me. It’s like a big family.
ROB FISCHER: There’s three different shifts. It starts with the day shift. That day starts in with receiving product that comes in from our breweries. Then the swing shift crew will come in, and their job is really primarily to ensure that that food product is brought from one section of the warehouse to the next section.
And then the most exciting part is the night shift will come in and ensure that that product is picked accurately, correctly for our customers, pushed out.
MARCO TREJO: My pay is awesome. My benefits are incredible, too. They take care of me very well.
ROB FISCHER: The pay is number one in all of beer and beverage, really. Benefits are also at the top.
JUAN OLIVARES: I believe Reyes Beer Division is devoted to safety.
MARCO TREJO: We keep our safety issues very, very serious around here.
ROB FISCHER: Safety shoes are required. Eyewear is required. Gloves are required. And all those things are provided, as well.
MARCO TREJO: My co-workers are like family.
JUAN OLIVARES: We go bowling. Sometimes with supervisors, sometimes just regular co-workers.
MARCO TREJO: We really love each other.
ROB FISCHER: The career growth opportunities here are second-to-none. Most every manager that works here started at a ground route. So I started in the warehouse myself and worked my way through. It’s been a beautiful career and a great career. And that’s what we do. We promote from within.
JUAN OLIVARES: I started as night crew. I’m currently the warehouse needed for swing shift.
MARCO TREJO: There’s opportunities out there. A lot. I went from night shift to days within a couple– like two years. And at the meantime, they’re asking me if I want to get my Class A license.
JUAN OLIVARES: I’m proud to be here because Reyes Beer Division is the number one company in the world.
ROB FISCHER: We have the best brands in the portfolio. That’s it, bar none. I truly love what I do. I love who I do it with and the company that I work for. It is really a fun, fun environment.[UPBEAT MUSIC]

CLAY SMITH: I like working here because I just like being a beer man.[UPBEAT MUSIC]
ERIC VANZEGO: I like working here because it’s challenging, it’s rewarding, it’s fun.
DERICK ONNA: It’s become a family. All the drivers, all the supervisors, management team, everybody gets along great. It’s just become a great, fun place to come to work.
ERIC VANZEGO: Getting here at 6, grabbing all my equipment, make sure the truck’s free trip, got gas. Getting everything on the truck and getting out safely.
COURTNEY FISHER: Roads can consist of between 12 and 15 stops per day. Our biggest route sometimes has about 2,000 cases.
ERIC VANZEGO: If I’m driving past another driver and I see him with a bunch of stuff he has to do, we’ll pull over and give him a hand and help him out.
COURTNEY FISHER: What keeps me motivated and excited to come to work every day is actually my drivers. My entire team. They have phenomenal relationships with all their accounts.
CLAY SMITH: I really enjoy getting out and seeing the same people every week and talking back and forth while I’m doing my job. The most challenging part as a driver is traffic because that’s uncontrollable.
ERIC VANZEGO: We have new bike lanes, motorcycles, mopeds. We have a lot of different stuff you just have to watch for when you’re out on the only truck.
DERICK ONNA: Reyes Beer Division is definitely committed to safety. All the safety equipment is provided for the employees.
CLAY SMITH: It’s safety-driven, and everything is communicated for our best interests.
ERIC VANZEGO: And we have the best management, I think. They always let us know of different changes, updates. They’re great.
COURTNEY FISHER: I think the career opportunities at Reyes Beer Division are endless, and I think that if you put your mind to it and your heart into it you can excel anywhere in this company.
DERICK ONNA: I started as a driver, went up to lead driver, and became a delivery supervisor within a three-year span. Reyes has definitely proven and shown that they’re growing and there’s plenty of opportunity out there. Great, family business.
ERIC VANZEGO: I enjoy what I do. I’ve been here 29 years, going on 30. So it’s fun every day just to come to work and have fun.
CLAY SMITH: We have great brands and great people. It’s a great job to have.[UPBEAT MUSIC]

MATTHEW TEJEDA: Reyes Beer Division, for me personally, is the best job I’ve ever had. They taken care of us. Make sure that we get the job done, but also make sure they’re taking care of us as individuals as well.
JESSE JUERRERO: I merchandise, which is stock the beer. I go to the back room. I pull everything that I need to stock their shelves to make sure they’re full.
DANIEL ROTHFUSS: My onboarding training was actually the best training I’ve ever had in any company. And they would teach me how to stock the shelves, how to build displays, how to do the back room. So you’re not just jumping straight into it by yourself. You’re going to know exactly what you’re getting into by the time you do get your own route.
JESSE JUERRERO: I did a lot of hands-on work. And I think that’s what got me to where I’m at right now.
DANIEL ROTHFUSS: The company is definitely dedicated to safety. We have our boots. They give you a voucher, you can get whenever you want. So if your boots mess up, you get new boots. This company definitely wants you to succeed and not get hurt while you’re succeeding.
MATTHEW TEJEDA: They always send us help whenever it’s available, just to help us get through our day. Make sure that the accounts get service correctly.
JESSE JUERRERO: I’m not stressing about how I’m going to be here by myself all day. I know that I got my team around me that’s gonna [? support ?] me.
DANIEL ROTHFUSS: I would see Tom Reyes out on the [? tray. ?] I would see the supervisors and all the sales supervisors, sales bosses. Teamwork all around.
MATTHEW TEJEDA: It makes it easier to come to work and know that you have people that care about you. And they’re going to work as hard as you and support you.
JESSE JUERRERO: The development that they offer. I didn’t see that in my previous jobs. And they take it very serious.
MATTHEW TEJEDA: The opportunities are pretty endless. The company grows every year immensely. And it just offers us so many opportunities to better our future as individuals.
DANIEL ROTHFUSS: We are the best of the best. We’re constantly growing, getting more areas. And so I’m just excited. Who knows where I’m going to be next year, the year after that.
MATTHEW TEJEDA: It’s a great experience. Very positive. And yeah, I love working here and everything about it.
